Pseudodifferential operators

In the first part of the talk we are going show some of the most important characteristics of pseudo-differential operators which can be expressed using symbols of the class \(S^m\). Examples include the \(L^2\) theorem or the asymptotic calculus for symbols which belong to the class \(S^m\). In the second part, we want to compare the representation of pseudo-differential operators with symbols or with Fourier-multipliers with the singular-integral representation of pseudo-differential operators.
